Double the Honours: Finalists in Two Prestigious Award Ceremonies! 

In a fantastic start to the new year, we are thrilled to reveal that DermaFocus and our products have been named as finalists in multiple categories at both the Aesthetics Awards and the Menopause in Aesthetics Awards.  

This recognition marks an exciting milestone in our journey of innovation, excellence, and dedication to advancing regenerative aesthetic solutions. 

Three nominations at the Aesthetics Awards 

Highly regarded as the ‘Oscars of the specialty’, the Aesthetics Awards has been running for more than 10 years, celebrating the best of the best across our field.  

We are proud to be up for the trophy in three categories, with hopes to take home the trophy in each!  

We could win:  

• Injectable Product of the Year: Having won Best New Product at last year’s Aesthetics Awards, we’ve got high hopes for our hero product Plinest^® at 2025’s ceremony! Plinest^® uses Polynucleotides HPT ^® to induce cellular repair and transform skin and hair quality. The criteria states that ‘Finalists must demonstrate their product’s effectiveness, safety, ease-of-use and high practitioner satisfaction, supported by scientific evidence’. With clinical studies in abundance, alongside fantastic results and proven efficacy, we hope to impress the judges! 

• Best New Innovative Product: With a requirement to demonstrate ‘innovation, science, safety and excellent patient results’, we think Purasomes could be in with a chance of winning! Launched in 2024, our Purasomes range features three products that use exosomes and growth factors derived from bovine colostrum to regenerate aged and damaged hair. The brand is ethical and effective, becoming more and popular amongst practitioners. Fingers crossed for a win!  

• Distributor of the Year: This is the category where we need your help! The winner will be selected on the basis of their customer service, the safety and efficacy of their products and ongoing support to practitioners over the past 12 months. If you’re a customer and think we delivered this level of service in 2024, then please vote here!  

Four chances to win at the Menopause in Aesthetics Awards  

Our passion for providing effective solutions for menopause-related concerns has also been recognised at the inaugural Menopause in Aesthetics Awards, where we are finalists in four significant categories: 

• Best Menopause Hair Product / Treatment: Hair loss can be devastating for women during menopause, but Plinest^® Hair offers a highly effective solution.
